That's really clever, because even in an unconscious way, it supports the whole movie happening in the environment of a kitchen. One thing I just noticed about "Souped Up" and various other Ratatouille tracks, is the xylophone (I think) as well as other instruments that are made to sound like glasses and crockery clinking against each other. He also wrote a buddy theme for both Remy and Linguini that plays when they're together.
